Digital X-rays

Digital x-rays replace conventional film-based x-rays with no radiation, no need for film or processing chemicals, the production of a nearly instantaneous image, and the ability to use color contrast in the image. Digital x-rays allow the doctor and patient to examine small details like cavities beginning between teeth so they both can see exactly what work needs to be done. Digital x-rays are more accurate than traditional x-rays and allow the patient to view and understand their diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Wych has been using digital x-rays since 2001. He uses a Gendex digital X-ray machine with DenOptix software.

Digital Panorex X-Rays
​
The Panorex X-ray is a single picture of all your teeth and surrounding bones. Sometimes referred to as a single FMX, or full mouth X-ray, the Panorex provides a two-dimensional panoramic view of your mouth. The resulting X-ray includes more than just a couple of teeth at a time — and is an excellent alternative to the tiny pictures your dentist has to piece together to see a complete set of your teeth.
Cosmetic Imaging​

Invisalign

The Invisalign treatment consists of a series of invisible medical-grade polymer (plastic) aligners that you switch out about every two weeks. Dr. Wych customizes each the Invisalign system for your teeth and each aligner is individually manufactured with exact calculations to gradually shift your teeth into place.
